All orders and payments are processed through paypal's website. You do not need a paypal account to pay with your credit card. Paypal is used worldwide and your personal information is safe. Please make sure the information in Paypal is current and up to date. We are not responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses. Domestic At present all orders are sent via Australia Post. I have included a guide to postage charges within Australia. Less than 250g $4.20 If the item can go in a satchel: 250 - 500g Regular $4.20 Expresss Post $7.70 Up to 3kg Regular $5.40 Express Post $10.90 Parcels (that wont fit in a satchel) over 500g - 20kg Within NSW $7.20, Express Post $9.90 plus a charge/kg Interstate: $9.05, Express Post $10.80 plus a charge/kg e.g. A 3kg parcel being sent to postcode 3925 $7.20 + 2.40 = $9.60 A 3kg parcel being sent to postcode 6000 $7.20 + $7.35 = $14.55 Artwork may be charged for cubic weight rather than actual weight , so please email with further enquiries. Please email for exact charge We are not responsible for lost or damaged product that might occur during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance on any order please email us with your order and we will invoice you.
Returns If for any reason you are not happy with your item please email us within 5 days of receiving your package. No return will be accepted without first contacting www.giraffeglass@bigpond.com . Item(s) must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Shipping fee is not refundable and we are not responsible for lost or damaged product that might occur during shipping.

International orders
International orders cannot be processed online at present but can be custom quoted by contacting us at giraffeglass@bigpond.com . We do our best to make sure the pictures you see on our website accurately reflect the true color of each item. Please be aware that due to your monitors settings the actual color may vary slightly. Care of fused glass All of our glass has been properly annealed for strength and durability. No glass is 100% shatter or scratch proof so please no abrasive cleaners. All jewellery containing sterling silver and other metals should be cleaned using a jewellery polishing cloth and/or cleaner. Glass can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Glass plates are dishwasher safe. If stacking plates, please protect them with some card or bubble wrap. Outdoor Art is completely weatherproof, so can just be hosed down or wiped with a damp cloth.
